At Knitting for Olive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused yarn and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original condition, ensuring yarn labels are intact and the products are protected from moisture or damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse facility in Denmark.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
