Agnes Blouse is a loose-fitting blouse with a decorative ruffle along the bottom edge. The blouse is worked from the bottom up using 1 strand of Merino. You start by casting on for the ruffle using provisional cast-on method and work the ruffle sideways using German short rows. Afterwards, the ruffle edges are grafted, stitches for the body are picked up and the body worked in stockinette stitch in the round to the underarms. Sleeves are worked in the round in stockinette stitch from the bottom up, and body and sleeves are then joined on one needle and the yoke shaped with raglan decreases. There is a small keyhole opening at back neck that is closed with a button.
